We offer online patient forms and can help you with your insurance claims. Our practice works with all types of insurance, and we will submit your insurance claim forms for you. Most policies reimburse patients for the cost of their foot surgery. Contact our surgical coordinator, who will help you with a quote. We will be glad to help with any questions you may have about your insurance.
We also offer financing through CareCredit. Talk to our patient coordinator, who can assist you in applying for financing online and help you determine a payment plan. You may be eligible for 12-month financing with no interest. Financing makes it easy for you to get the surgery you need, or maybe the surgery you want, so you can have beautiful feet.
